La Condesa Boutique Apartment

Great place to stay. Good price & location. Had all that we needed. Positive: The appartment was spacious - had everything we needed. It was close to everything we wanted to visit & we were able to get Ubers everywhere. We arrived at 5.30am & appreciated that we were able to enter the appartment straight away instead of waiting until the usual checkin time. Negative: Nothing was wrong with the property.

C’est passé !! Positive: L’espace était comme prévu !! Negative: On devait avoir 2 balcons, l’un d’eux était squatté pas les fiantes de pigeons et était vraiment très sale ! L’autre sur la rue, bruit et poussière !! Dans une salle de bain lampe qui ne fonctionne pas, le pommeau de douche vraiment très encrassé !! Les plantes sèches, autant les jeter !! Pas trop de couverts et de matériel de cuisine , nous étions 4 !! Appartement 803

Clean with comfortable beds. Patio door doesn't lock and kitchen sparsely stocked. Positive: The apartment was clean, pretty, and in a great location within easy walking distance of Condesa. We really appreciated having laundry on site. The beds were very comfortable, which mattered a lot because my sister and I are both in our mid-40s and recovering from hip surgery. Negative: We were told there would be two sets of keys but there was only one, and the large patio door would not lock, so we did not feel fully secure. We reported it right away and were told someone would come, but it was never addressed during our stay. The bedroom doors did lock, so we locked them at night which helped. Also, the apartment faces a major street with a glass wall, so you definitely hear the city, which is simply part of staying in a busy area, but if you are looking for a quieter place, you may want to choose a spot not on a main street. The kitchen is also very minimally stocked, so if you plan to truly cook, you will likely need to buy some basics or plan on takeout.

Wir waren zufrieden Positive: Zimmer waren sauber und gross. WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert. Lage war recht zentral in Condesa. Negative: Sehr viel Lärm von der Straße zu hören. Die Betten waren nicht sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung der Küche war eher minimal. Für eine 5. Person die im Wohnzimmer schlafen muss, ist es viel zu viel Lärm von der Straße, auch nachts.

Positive: Todo perfecto! Un alojamiento totalmente nuevo, limpio, agradable, bien decorado y ubicado. Si tienes cualquier duda o problema responden de inmediato. Totalmente recomendable Negative: Nada
