No problems, decent place

Apartamento espaçoso, com charme e ótima localização Positive: Espaçoso, confortável e bem localizado Negative: Muito ruído da rua, uma janela anti-ruído seria muito bem vinda. Houve um acidente de trânsito na madrugada e a sensação é de que as ambulâncias e sirenes de polícia estavam dentro do nosso quarto. As paredes também estão descascando a pintura e uma manutenção na pintura é necessária.

Positive: Buena localización. Amplio. Negative: Muy ruidoso por la proximidad a la avenida.

Positive: Location is really good, nearby nice places. Negative: Not clean. Towels were old, dust and mold near the wash machine, mold and black spots in the bathroom, pillow cover and bed sheets were also stained. Very noisy as other reviews have stated. Definitely get earplugs or if you can sleep with trucks and motor noises then ok.

Nice place but mind the noise from the street Positive: Staff was quick reacting. Check-in was somewhat easy (once you know how to get into the building). Room Appartment was spacious Negative: We got a low level apartment which was not as bright as on the pictures. But what really is a downside is the noise coming in from the street. Windows didn't close properly so almost no noise reduction. Sleeping only possible with proper ear plugs. That's a pity but seems to be an global issue with the windows.
