Condesa Experience - Tourist Apartment

Positive: I can not recommend staying here. My week-long stay was defined by constant noise and broken promises. Prospective tenants should be aware of several major issues: Excessive Noise: The building has zero soundproofing. I could hear every bit of traffic from the street, but the interior was worse. Five out of seven nights were disrupted by incredibly loud music from multiple units and neighbors banging doors well past midnight. Poor Furnishings: The "fully equipped" description is misleading. The kitchen lacked basic necessary utensils, and the beds are the cheapest IKEA models available—extremely uncomfortable and not conducive to a good night's sleep. Broken Amenities & Dishonest Management: The washing machine was broken upon arrival. Despite being promised multiple times that it would be repaired during my stay, no one ever showed up. It remained unusable the entire week. Overall, the lack of maintenance and thdisruptive environment made for a very poor experience. This apartment is perfect if you need a comfortable place to land. Positive: This apartment is perfect if you need a comfortable place to land. It has just what you need in terms of beds, bathroom, some kitchen basics, etc. Not quite decorated and can definitely can hear a lot of street noise from being right on Avenida Baja California but throw on some white noise while you sleep and you're good to go. Lots of light and huge windows. Note there are stairs at the entrance so if you have several large suitcases like I had, better to wheel them up/down via the garage ramp and to the elevator. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Negative: Some more touches of care would be nice, but ultimately that's not the purpose of this apartment (could use some decor, could clean up the chips on the walls, add some handles to the kitchen cabinets for easier opening, etc.)

Safe and super great location apartment! Positive: Safe and great location from the airport central Mexico City. Walking distance for coffee , breakfast or supper. Great view from balcony. Security guard and lobby was a bonus. Apartment had everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was great. Overall I would highly recommend and I will be coming again Negative: These are minor things but I think a long mirror would be nice especially for a woman. Wifi was weak unless you know how to get the wifi from the modem. Then it was strong. Overall I was super happy with the accommodations.
